BCG Casablanca marks 15 Years with CEO Christoph Schweizer

Fifteen years of impact, growth, and transformation – a milestone best celebrated together.

Last March, BCG Casablanca welcomed CEO Christoph Schweizer, alongside Sylvain Duranton, BCG X Global Leader, for a visit that brought the full office together.

At the center of the visit was a Town Hall with the Casablanca team. The discussion was open and direct, with questions from across the room and reflections on both the office’s journey and its future. It was a chance to take stock of how far the office has come, from its early days to where it stands today, and to hear firsthand from global leadership.

The exchange also opened the door to more personal conversations, touching on career paths, the realities of working across the region, and what the next chapter looks like for the people building it.

Fifteen years in, the office stands in a very different place from where it started. The visit was both a recognition of that progress and a signal of what comes next.
